No. Included pages are an allowance, not a limit. If you go past them, additional pages simply bill at your plan’s overage rate — 3¢ on Solo, 3¢ or 2.5¢ on Team depending on tier, and custom bulk rates on Enterprise. Your faxing never stops mid-month. Unused pages don’t roll over.
