Download the OSA application

Runs on the Sharp OSA platform and submits every fax to WestFax through a secure REST API over TLS 1.2+. Installs on a Windows server or VM — no hardware appliance.

  1. Log in with your WestFax account and download the installer.
  2. Install it on a Windows server or VM.
  3. Pair your Sharp devices, then send a test fax from the panel.

Prefer not to install anything? Point your Sharp panel’s scan-to-email (SMTP) at WestFax and fax straight from the device.

  1. Enable scan-to-email (SMTP) on the Sharp panel.
  2. Set the outgoing mail server to WestFax using the settings in the setup guide.
  3. Address the scan to the destination fax number and send.
