This is used to setup an account for a customer that has Billing terms and conditions.

Lead Register Form

Register your prospects here. Registering them ensures they are not offered competitive pricing by other WestFax vendors.

Test Account Setup Form

This is used to setup a test account for a prospect or developer. (Volume requirements may apply)

Fax deliverability support form

This form is to help us diagnose issues with Faxes failing or not being delivered correctly.

Porting Form (TOLL-FREE ONLY)

This form is for porting TOLL-FREE numbers only.

Porting Form (Local numbers)

This form is for porting Local numbers. All numbers must be on the same account.

BAA (Can send to Customer to fill out)

This is our standard BAA. Customers can fill it out directly
